Outlook cannot open or save attachment

Classic Symptom: (View screenshot of error)
Error "Can’t create file: <file name>. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
The "folder" turns out to be the infamous OLKnn folder.
The fix is normally ferret in the registry for "OutlookSecureTempFolder"
then copy/paste that path into CMD and when the folder opens, delete its contents.
The easier fix is install the Outlook Tools attachment and do lots of other good stuff at same time.
